If I lost the sticker...

Hi

We removed the sticker of a new Connect+ device and (before the first login we realized that) we lost it.

Of course we could install a generic image (like Raspbian) and continue using the hardware, but as it is a pilot test we want to use your image.

What would be the formal procedure to ask you this password?

Regards

Jaime

Hi first of all don't panic. If you are still able to login just type "piSerial" and there you can find the default password. If you cannot login well then just re-flash the system image.
You can also make a backup before so that you are able to save your work.

Okay there is another option that you may consider - Booting into the Single User Mode - just to round it up.
But this is the user-unfriendly option for those who really know what they are doing...
When they talk about "mounting the SD card" you just start RPiBoot.exe as you do when you want to read or write the image of your system.

It worked. I chose the "Booting into the Single User Mode" approach.
As I am a MacOS user, I had to use an old Raspberry Pi to mount the eMMC and it worked.
Thanks for the support.
