Are there any specs for the CPU temperatures ? Im trying to find specs, showing temperatures, and frequency scaling mapping.

Hi have a look at the Spec sheets. The CM will be clocked down automatically on high temperatures. You can set the CPU freqence to a lower value by using the Web Status feature "Max CPU clock rate".
Have a look at the datasheet of the CM3 especially the chapter "10 Thermals".
