RevPi Connect SE closes network connection randomly

Hi, I am Marcus, Software developer working at the company Yamadadobby. Our products are high speed stamping machines.
Since a couple of years, we are using RevPi Connect SEs for your Industry 4.0 applications.
Everything went well until recently the new RevPi's are closing the network connections randomly.
They are all using the new NetworkMananger.
Currently I have 3 brand new RevPIs on my table and all show the same behaviour.
I did not change any configuration. I just got the IP with Wireshark.
The RevPi has not other modules and my PC is directly connected to the RevPI and the firewall of my PC is disabled. We also hooked the RevPi into our company network with internet access. Same behaviour.
Ping is working only occasionally. Then the Ping says: General failure or Destination host unreachable.
SSH connection also work only in occasionally. After a succesfull login with ssh, the connection will be closed after a few seconds.
I mangaged to install an OPCUA server on the RevPI and let it run in the background. With an OPCUA client, I could confirm, that this connection will also break after a while. It seems the whole network is unstable.
On my windows 10 and 11 system, the Ethernet connection switches from "connected" to "unplugged" back to "connected" and so on and so forth. We connected the REvPi also to a different PC and it showed the same behaviour.
Also, every 01:37 min, "PWR" LED turns off and at the same time "WD" turns red. Then both turn green again. Then "A3" turns orange and off again and finally "PWR" turns red and then green again. After 01:37 min, the same LED spectacle repeats.
Do you guys have an idea of what the problem could be?
