Revpipyload Logfile

Hi There,
I was asking this question in another topic, but got no reply. that's why I'm opening a new topic.
I'm running a python plc program on Revpi connect4 using revpimodio2 cycletools. The program is running smoothly for a while, then suddenly after some days or weeks, without a fixed pattern, revpipyload starts to write new logfile, showing that cycle time of 50 ms is exceeded. The plc program freezes, but still on revpi commander shows running.
If the python program was not correct the error should come after a cycle not after a week or 2 days, and in a systematic pattern not without a pattern, right?. I'm woundering about this error logs, which makes the CPU resource not enough for running the PLC.
The next issue that I currently realized, is that every night shortly after midnight the revpipyload starts a new logfile, with or without any messages!
I would appreciate for your comments.
Thanks in advance
Rohollah
