Hello sofiene thank you for the video that explains it. Perhaps there is an update for your devices. The easiest way to do this is to follow the steps in this checklist:

If errors still occur after updating your system, please send us an SOS report, thank you:

i found that my kernel is not 6.1 or higher as recommended in the checklist

Code: Select all

uname -a
Linux RevPi100299 5.10.152-rt75-v7 #1 SMP PREEMPT_RT Tue, 26 Sep 2023 09:43:32 +0200 armv7l GNU/Linux
i have a done a fresh install of the system 2 months ago i have installed this image file from the shop 2024-04-25-revpi-bullseye-arm64.

how do i update this to the recommended version ?
and can i do it over ssh because i'm connected to the device remotely ?

Hi Sofiene,
the image you have used is currently the newest, so there is no need to install a newer image. But yes, there are online updates that are always between the releases of the images.
Take a look at this page Installing Updates.
Depending on your internet connection, it should be less than 10 Minutes to update, install and reboot and thus apply those updates,
