The problem ye are facing is that both Ethernet ports' LEDs do not flash when an Ethernet cable is plugged in.
I recommand you first to apply the steps of the Revolution Pi Checklist.
If the issue is not resolved, initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request with the supplier. The Device could also be defective.
