Devicenet Card goes into error state randomly

I have a device net card hooked into a revpi core. Works perfectly most of the time and then after the odd power cycle it flashes red and green really fast. The only way to get it out of that state is to move the device net to the opposite side of the revpi and reconfigure pictory.

Products Used
- RevPi Core 3 +
- DIO Card
- DeviceNet Gateway Card
Devices Affected
- DeviceNet Gateway Card
Describe Error Pattern
See video in link attached
https://saphi-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/p ... Q?e=xweLmK. It's Sporadic and looks to be flashing green and red simultaneously. Does not match anything in the datasheet with regards to status light patterns.
How often does the error occur
Seems to happen after power off. Happening 1 out of 3 power downs on average (had this problem 3 times yesterday during system commissioning).
Is it possible to reproduce
Yes I think the secret is to cut power to the device while Pictory is open on the a computer. But otherwise just continuously remove power until it does it.

Hello camow7,
Please update the system (install package updates) and check if the error still occurs.
Let me know when the error still occurs. The latest kernel has the version 5.10.120
