Hello,
I see now the same problem with two Kunbus RevolutionPI 32GB.
I have windows 10 pro version 21H2.
After starting rpiboot the boot drive D: is present at my PC. SD fromating runs also well.
After running Win32Diskimage during the first 3 minutes it runs good -but then suddenly a failure is popping up (... not able to wrrite to drive) The reason is the boot drvie d: at the PC disappears.

I can repeart the sequence endless... always the same failure mode with the two Kundbus modules..

Can someone give me help how to solve this problem?
I have imaged a lot of Kunbus modules with this PC -but with Win10 pro version 20H1 - can the windows update create those failures?

Best regards

Walter

Hello Walter,
you can try to use an alternative to win32Diskimager, as the software sometimes causes problems when flashing.
Use the software balenaEtcher instead of Win32DiskImager

And if that doesn't help, you can try out if you can flash over a linux system. How to do, see in the Link below.
