Unused LED on DIO and AIO?

I have a Connect, a DIO and a AIO.

On the Connect there are 6 different LED that you can control.
On the AIO and DIO there are 3 LED showing the status of Power, In and Out.
But underneath the 3 LED there seems to be another series of 3 LED. Is it possible to control them somehow?

Another question, is there any plan in the future to install LED for the DIO ins and out puts, to show the state?

The housing of the AIO has two three-block light guides for LEDs. With the AIO, however, only the upper block is used.

No, there is nothing planned.

What about the DIO? My DIO and AIO have the same set of LEDs.
