I have a question regarding AIO schematic .
why there is a 100n capacitor between +15V and -15V and between +5v and -15v?
what's the purpose of adding it ?

Don't feel unsure! There is obviously no purpose ... Seems the developer has done a little experimenting while trying to get this thing through the hard tests of EN61131-2 and did a little trial & error guessing
Neither TI does suggest such a measure for their boost converters nor does any electronic text book.
