DIO minimum voltage levels

I have a sensor that is going to give me a 5V pulse every revolution of a machine. Can I use the input on the dio card to detect this signal?

The input voltage requirement for detecting input pulse for DIO card is 24V . Therefore 5V volts as input shall not work.
