How to read pt1000 sensors with the RevPi?

good morning,

For the controls of a solar assisted ground source heat pump system (adding solar heat to the ground water to support the heat pump), I want to use the RevPi core 3 with an RevPi DIO to control pumps and valves.
For input and monitoring I want to place 8 pt1000 heat sensors around the system. Im just not yet sure what the best way is to do this..

- How can i read pt1000 sensors with the RevPi?
- And any idea whats the best way to read 8 of them?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Harewoods, you may read up to two pt100 or pt1000 sensors by one AIO module.
The 2 RTD inputs enable temperatures to be measured with high precision from -165°C to +600°C in steps of 0.5°C using common RTDs sensors like Pt100/Pt1000 probes.
The probes can be connected directly to the module with 2, 3 or 4 cables.
So for eight sensors you'll need four AIO modules. And of course a RevPi Core/3/+ or RevPi Connect / + Module.
