Interfacing of AIO/DIO/DO/DI with RevPi Connect and RevPi Core

Hello everyone,
We need to interface some Digital input and Digital Output with RevPi Device.
Our Requirement is as follows:
1. DI-55 /DO-19 / AI -46 / AO-19
Following calculation we made
12 RevPi AIO =48 AI and 24 AO (Not considering the RTD input )
4 RevPi DIO=56 DI and 56 DO
So 12 AIO +4DIO =16 expansion modules.
Case 1. If we use the RevPi connect then to attach the 16 expansion modules we required 4 RevPi Connect.
Case 2.if we use the RevPi core then to attach the 16 expansion modules we need 2 RevPi Core.
My question is, are the above calculations feasible? (As we have limitation for expansion modules)
Also, can we use some kind of Remote I/o systems that will connect to all the i/o signals and give inputs in Modbus TCP. (We are referring TB20 modules from Helmholz). Then Modbus TCP to RevPi device.
