eMMC boot issues

Hi there;)
I've got a big problem concerning the RevPi, that seems not to be new https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view ... p?t=182826 and related to the compute module with eMMC
One of my three RevPi-Core-3 does not boot with my own Yocto-Image, while two work perfectly with the exact same image.
The effect is, that there is no action on boot at all, as if there was no eMMC - no HDMI Output, no rainbow splash, no A1 or A2 led action as it can be seen on the working ones.
If I flash the Kunbus-Jessie or Stretch-Images, it works. Even if I copy the content of the boot partition from the Stretch-Image to my image's boot-partition, it won't start HDMI output.
Does anybody have a clue where to search for the solution ?
I really appreciate any hint, as I am starting to loose trust in the compute model / eMMC based raspberries.
Thank you in advance,
Dirk
