You misunderstood. I changed the modules and the problem persists, so it shouldn't be a hardware issue!

Hello mpandos,
thank you for your patience and the SOS-report you provided via E-Mail this is great. Regarding the kern.log we can see that the MIO is causing problems:

piControl: too many communication errors
After consulting with development I have the following ideas
  • you could swap the following modules: AIO and MIO
  • if the error persists then please try to remove the MIO module from the setup completely.

I rearranged my setup and took MIO out completely. So now I have 1xDIO and 2xAIO and it works perfect.
Do you think there is an issue in general if you use all 3 modules (AIO, MIO, DIO)?
