Hi there,
I need a LTE connection and probably a analogue output for my project and by reading the forum I came to the following setup:
1 x RevPi Core 3+
1 x RevPi AIO
1 x RUT955 (https://teltonika-networks.com/product/rut955/)
What I am unsure about:
* Would you recommmend the RUT955?
* Is there anything specific I need to do to let the RUT955 work with RevPi Core 3+?
* If I use only this components - do I still have a CE compliant setup?
Thx in advance,
Thilko
CE setup with LTE router
Dear Thilko, well we recommend the RUT955 because it provides
a lot of functionality so that you may focus on your key project aims.
There is nothing special about the Router to work with the RevPi Core 3+.
Just have a look at the manual for the features you have and need.
There is a Modubs interface that you may use in order to read and write
information from and to the router. So maybe this is something special but optional.
An instersting point is that if you want to use a hardware watchdog
you better switch to the RevPi Connect.

The RevPi Connect provides a relais, a digital input and a RS485 that you may use as a Modbus RTU connection.
You then can use the watchdog to connect the relais and thus restart the router i.e. in case of a lost wan connection.
Or you can use the digital input to monitor a UPS.
The CE conformity is something that I cannot guarantee.
But the RevPi product family has CE conformity.
You can download the declarations of CE conformity here:

So to answer your question you have to review your setup with an expert.
