RevPi core is not taking any IP

hello, kunbus team,
In Revolution pi core 3 after installing the image successfully, I connected it to the router via ethernet cable and tried to get IP for RevPi core 3. In the Advance IP scanner, the IP address is not visible.
The router is able to assign the IP to my laptop and other devices through DHCP but RevPi did not get any IP for RevPi core 3.
So is there any problem in the IP setting in the image?

Hi Anil, well if there would be a problem with DHCP there would be a bit more noise here in the forum I think. So please try to attach a HDMI display to see if the device is able to boot. What image did you use? This is the image we are using today: https://revolution.kunbus.de/shop/de/stretch

Thanks for your response. Actually the RevPi Core 3 to which we are giving support has a licensed image, not the open image(stretch).
That image already has a preconfigured static IP.
