Is possible to have master module for communication protocol? Like ethercat or profinet?

You can use Codesys for raspberry and get the master functionality. If you need to also use our IO Modules you must know that (today) there is no other way to exchange this data with the Codesys process image but to let Codesys Modbus Slave exchange cyclically data with RevPi Modbus master (the latter has access to the process image). You then additionally would need some kind of tiny script which works as a data broker copying data between IOs to the Modbus memory area in the RevPi process image.
