Configure Module DIO RevPi

Help me configure the DIO module, in the codesys software I can configure and output the signal to the light but the sensor does not receive the signal returned to Revpi

Hi kemkik849,
Okay, that means that an output can be switched, i.e. the light source lights up, but the data of the sensor, which should set a signal depending on the light, is not recognized, right?

Follow the steps in the following checklist to complete commission CODESYS with your RevPi device:
CODESYS Checklist

Do you have a CODESYS license, or are you operating your device in demo mode?
In demo mode, the runtime is stopped after approx. 1 hour and a restart is required.

CODESYS only updates data that can be accessed in the program. Please check whether you may still need to create access to the I/O data. You can help yourself by looking at the existing example projects for comparison.

when i bought the device it already has codesys support because i am new can you tell me what additional license i need to buy to make it work

Hi, shure thing, take a look at the CODESYS Checklist from our knowledge base. Here you can find the parts that are related to run CODESYS on the device and how to choose, which license is the right one.
