I have RevPi Core SE 8GB.
My company's PC Window forces the use of BitLocker to encrypt files when accessing the RevPi with RPi boot via USB port.
The encryption process takes too long, over 20 hours already and stuck at 82%.
1. If I want to cancel this encryption and use a different PC without BitLocker instead, what steps should I take?
2. If I install the RevPi with a new image, will it completely cancel the encryption and return it to the original state?
(I'm not sure if it's possible to install an image while the drive is being encrypted)
RevPi Core SE 8GB: Issues with BitLocker Encryption
Re: RevPi Core SE 8GB: Issues with BitLocker Encryption
Hello Voraprat, such problems are not part of the set-up or are not known to me. You may need to consult your company's IT department or switch to a device that is not subject to these security requirements. Flashing a device works flawlessly with a suitable flashing tool like balenaEtcher or the Raspberry Pi Imager and RPiBoot for the connection to the RevPi Compute Module eMMC. There is no encryption involved. Maybe I'm missing something here that I don't know yet. Get in touch if you still need to clarify things here.
