Hello all,
I have updated my installation by changing the code name in the apt source lists from stretch to buster. After that I have done the apt dist-upgrade. Everything works without any problems. I got the RevPi running and it has even the same network settings.
After a day and some reboots the DIO is now not going to reconnect to the main module bus master. According to the LED blink pattern (red blinking) the module can not communicate to the head module (RevPi Connect / 100274). Some days later, it can communicate again, but only one day. Since there, it is still in error mode.
Best regards,
mknopf

Hi dirk, thanks for the links.
The first link points to the same location as the third one. I guess you wanted to point to:

At the end, I have reinstalled the revpi-firmware package and afterwards updated the RevPi Connect. The problematic DIO module, I have updated with an other RevPi from version v1.4 to v1.5. Since then, there was no outage yet. I will keep it monitored.
Best regards,
mknopf

Hi mknopf, thank you for your helpful feedback. Yes there has been a typo in the link that you have perfectly seen should go to the Revolution Pi Checklist - I have corrected it.
I am surprised that you had to reinstall the "revpi-firmware" package. Ok, but I'm glad to hear that you were able to solve the problem by updating the firmware to version 1.5.
