Problems flashing RevPi Connect 4

I had problems connecting to the RevPi Connect 4 with USB, for flashing. Installing the latest 32bit lite verion.
My windows machine/rpiboot did not detect the RevPi, even when doing it like shown on the youtube video.
Roaming the internet told med that the solution might be a USB hub with an external power source.
I have a ThinkPad docking that my PC is connected to, with USB-C. When I connected the RevPi Connect 4 to the same docking, it worked like a charm.
I didn't know if I should make a post about it since I figured it out. But orhers might have the same problem.

Hey Steffen, many thanks for the detailed description and for posting it anyway - please don't hesitate to do so here, as it helps us and others to understand where the problems lie. The USB issue is complex. I have added it to the RevPi RPiBoot Checklist.
