Cant update Pictory and canot add MIO

Hello,

I need to configure Revpi Core 3 to work with an MIO.
MIO is missing from the Pictory and I cannot add it.
I see the pictory is verison 1.2.13 i tried to update it with:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade - y
sudo apt-get install pictory

But it says that the pictory is the latest verison

Hi ivan.chonin@axbul.bg, Updates via apt are only possible within certain limits. Thus, please use the Revolution Pi Checklist to update your system to Bullseye.
