Connection to RevPi by port forwording

Hello everybody,
I've a problem with my RevPi,i'm using Repi connect with codesys runtime,i need to reach the web visu server(by codesys) from my mobile, at the moment i have assigned to revpi a static IP and also i've a public static IP for my router. To reach revpi and the webvisu server i'm using a port forwording provided by my router. The problem is that i can't reach revpi both the webvise and the web server of revpi, but if i try to reach another device with the same address i can reach it. How can i help me? Thank you,in the LAN webvisu workshop properly,but using Port forwording it is not possibile reach the device,the strane thing is that is not possibile also open the web server of revpi not only the webvisu,maybe are there same options about firewall on revpi?
