Glad you found the solution. Different still from what I thought might be the problem.
@Nicolai: Perhaps the internal web server can be configured to expire the webapp files after a set time (24hours? 1hour?). That way you don't need the warning and things will quietly start working again after the cache timeout. Saves some support calls too.

Great idea, although the warning I got was due to the update and upgrade that I did on the Revpi, at least right after that. It's been running for several months and had never given me the warning until that day..
