Remote Codesys TargetVisu solution

Hello,

We have a project where we will use the RevPi core and all the sensors in one room but the control panel - 10 inch touch screen will be in different room but still in the same LAN network.
My question is - what is the best solution to do this with TargetVisu? We can set up anohter Raspberry PI (4 or 3) with touch screen on kiosk mode and running the Web Visu but this time we are looking for more professional solution.
What is the option to have a proper HMI on the other room ?

Hi Ivan,

you can use any codesys compatible HMI software. The HMI software usually is installed on a separate touchscreen IPC. Maybe the codesys HMI ist works for you? https://de.codesys.com/produkte/codesys ... n/hmi.html

There was a list with such devices in the past but I can’t find you now..
Do you think this unit will work if both units are on the same network

Hi Ivan,

honestly I don't know, which is the better HMI solution for your codesys project. Maybe others can recommend something? It might be even worth it to ask this kind of question in the codesys forums, as this is not specific to Revolution Pi?
