Codesys webvisu alternatives

Hey! Our team is planning on purchasing the touch monitor. And we're curious to what kind of framework alternatives there are to the codesys webvisu, as we do not plan on using codesys but Python.

Is there any specific framework anyone recommend or has had good success with in previous projects?

depending on your use case you might want to evaluate NodeRed or even Grafana with one of the SVG plugins.
