1 of the 2 Ethernet ports lost connection sometimes

We are using 2 Ethernet ports of RevPi connect, one is for EtherCAT communication, and the other is for Ethernet/IP. Our problems are:
1. The EtherCAT communication error count number keeps increasing. ( according to CODESYS diagnose)
2. The EtherNet/IP communication lost connection sometimes.

Would you please kindly share your insights on this?

Maybe you can rule out this bug since Buster image?

is this still an issue? Any updates on this? If there is still a connection lost problem could you please provide us log files, your LAN and PiCtory configuration ?
