Re: Time and date wrong on RevPi: RTC backup not working?
Hi Ray, I guess maybe your device is not synchronized with Network time. Pls have a check of the configuration with timedatectl. pi@RevPi2180:~ $ timedatectl Local time: Thu 2019-11-07 09:05:33 CET Universal time: Thu 2019-11-07 08:05:33 UTC RTC time: Thu 2019-11-07 08:05:33 Time zone: Europe/Berlin...

Re: Enabling RTC
Hi,
I doubt whether the rtc chip has been successfully initiated.
To confirm this, could you pls send the output of "sudo vcdbg log msg" and "dmesg"

Re: Time and date wrong on RevPi: RTC backup not working?
Hello All, the command "date" sets only the time of the system, non-persistent. This means only in the memory, not to the storage. So the setting will be lost after reboot. The command "timedatectl" is some-how same as "date" . However, it has some more functions like s...

Re: Downgrade logi.RTS
Gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Downgrades von Logi.RTS? Wenn ja, bitte ich um die Ausführungsschritte. Du kannst die Runtime auf deinem Revolution Pi Gerät wie folgt auf die alte Version downgraden: sudo apt-get install logi-rts=3.25.0-1+revpi1 davon bitte "sudo apt-get update" machen

Re: Can't compile piControl
Hello junkes,
to compile the linux kernel module, constructing the compiling environment is always needed.
I suggest you follow the instructions in https://github.com/RevolutionPi/kernelb ... ter/README to construct the env and build the piControl module.

Re: RevPi Connect recompiled kernel error with piControl
Hello Roberto,
the bcm2709_defconfig is not the right configuration, you should also git clone RevolutionPi/kernelbakery (https://github.com/RevolutionPi/kernelbakery) and try to follow the instructions in README to build the kernel for Revolution Pi Connect.

Re: Modbus TCP network problem
Hi,
I just saw you question on https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/183.
How is it going now? I hope you everything goes well.
Anyhow, I think it's not the same problem as issue 183, which maight cause packet loss.
As there is no packet drop in your case, but just late to arrive.
