No answer is needed - we solved the issue.
So, when changing the Runtime from one verison to another - all the setting must be done again - in file /etc/CODESYSControl.cfg and /etc/CODESYSControl_User.cfg
Also Com port can be changed - in our case from Com 6 to Com 1

The file CODESYSControl_User.cfg was updated.
We connot find the file config.rsc and we canot create a symlink
How can we create the file ?

I was able to update it from "Manage Pallete" Menu.
