Steady RED Output LED on the AIO
Currently the OUT LED on the AIO is steady red. On this page, https://revolution.kunbus.com/tutorials/uebersicht-aio-2/status-leds-revpi-aio-2/ says, "Another fault. Check the output status in the process image". How do I do this? If I use the piTest command line tool, what line do I type?...

Re: Install without internet
I actually thought of the image idea about 30 mins after I posted. I tested it and it seemed to work great.
Thanks for the help though!

Install without internet
For the application we are using, it is unlikely that internet will be available to install things (image, pictory, npm, node-red, etc) on the devices. We will pre-install those on the devices (Connect, AIO and DIO), but if something goes wrong and we need to wipe the devices out in the field, we ne...

Re: AIO Input Values change when using other ports
I am aware of the AIO pinout. The issue is that plugging two different devices into the AIO creates bleedover. I am using Inputs 1 and 2, and Outputs 1 and 2. The cables are correctly plugged in. Another issue I have is that when I gas through the mass flow meter, the Input LED blinks red. I'm think...

AIO Input Values change when using other ports
Currently I am using 7 ports on the AIO (28,27,23,6,5,2, and 1) which correspond to Inputs and Outputs 1 and 2. The AIO is plugged into the Connect. I am trying to read output voltages from a mass flow meter and a pressure transducer simultaneously. I am supplying 10 V to both devices, but the input...

Re: RS 232 Serial connections with Gateway Serial Slave and/or Node Red
How does the weather station work? What kind of queries are used and what kind of data is received?

RS 232 Serial connections with Gateway Serial Slave and/or Node Red
We are currently using a Revolution Pi Connect and a Gateway Serial Slave in order to connect to a Lakeshore model 218 temperature controller through a RS232 connection through the serial slave. We think we have to create a script to extract the data from the temperature controller since the command...

Red LEDs on the Connect and other modules
Hi, as shown below, both PWR LEDs turned red after being green for a few hours. It happened when I was going through this tutorial: https://www.instructables.com/id/Read-and-write-from-serial-port-with-Raspberry-Pi/ Is there a common reason this would happen? No wire connections were changed, or at ...

Re: DIO Output Voltages to a Relay
The relay was wired incorrectly, the ground needed to be plugged into a V- terminal of the power supply.

DIO Output Voltages to a Relay
Hi, I have been trying to power a 3-32V relay using the DIO. Thusfar, I have not been able to send enough voltage to the inputs on the relay. I have the DIO output terminals powered through the X2 plug with 24V across. How should the relay be wired and/or how should it be configured in Pictory in or...
